Elevating PNG: Empower, Inform, Lead” embodies our vision for Papua New Guinea (PNG) – a nation where growth and progress thrive through empowered individuals and informed decision-making. We aim to bridge the gap between the formal and informal sectors, empowering youths and small business owners with the tools they need to succeed.
Our mission is to formalize the informal sector, educate small business owners, and guide the youth in discovering their purpose through leadership, entrepreneurship, and good governance. By providing access to skill-acquiring programs, we will unlock the full potential of PNG’s population, catalyzing a positive transformation.
With a population of over 8 million, PNG’s future lies in the hands of its vibrant youth. However, challenges such as poverty, low value orientation, and a lack of direction hinder their progress. Our Leadership & Entrepreneurship Development Program aims to change this narrative, empowering young people to set goals, stay committed, and contribute positively to society.
To achieve our mission, we seek partnerships, mentorship, and funding support. Together, we will work towards the goals set in the Medium-Term Development Plan IV (MTDP IV) – doubling GDP, creating one million jobs, and achieving prosperity. By uniting government agencies, stakeholders, and citizens, we will unlock the potential of MTDP IV and turn aspirations into reality.
Through transparency and accountability, we will ensure that every investment delivers value for money and benefits our people. Together, we will embrace opportunities, align our integrated development plans with the SPAs, and harness the power of unity and collaboration.
