I design PNGeans.com to empower Youth, Small Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs through skills acquiring programs to realize their full potential. PNGeans is planned to be an annual knowledge-based and activity-oriented leadership, entrepreneurship, good governance and democracy youth training program in PNG.
PNGeans Gola is to Empower PNG with Business and Leadership. We intend to bring together youth, Small Business owner and Entrepreneurs to deepen their leadership, entrepreneurship, and democracy knowledge and foster active youth participation in good governance processes and democracy building. To complete the program in each school in PNG. We will provide 5hrs workshop to each school here in PNG. Entrepreneurship Development Program Guide to starting business in PNG. It will be printed in a booklet form and given to the youth and adults for free. The toolkit contains every information a young entrepreneurs need to make their ideas come to life. After 5hrs workshop to each school, students will be given the opportunity to ask questions.
We hope to educate at least 150000 youths throughout PNG about leadership, entrepreneurship, democracy and good governance on a yearly bases . Each semester will take place in different schools of the participants. Through the program, participants shall benefit from, This will help students understand democratic processes. The goal of the project is to empower young people with leadership and Entrepreneurship skills to make them collaborate to change themselves and their world for better.
Our long term vision is to transform PNGEANS into a Youth leadership & Entrepreneurship Academy with a world class campus and international affiliations.
We are seeking mentorship, Advices and partnership. We don’t have resources to implement my dream project to help the youths in PNG to give the hope and encouragement achieves their dreams, goals and to take back PNG.
PNGeans will establishing the systems and structures that will:-
– Bring about policy and strategy coherence
– Develop a strategy based on best practices
– Identify best practices through systematic evaluations and research
– Develop a comprehensive understanding of the situation for youths, SMEs and Entrepreneurs through structured research
– Provide services to enable youth, SMEs and entrepreneurs to start micro and small business
– Provide careers advice and placement services and a programme of internship and apprenticeship
– Enable informed decision making based on good knowledge and information e.g
– Research into appropriate business models not yet widely used in PNG

-Systematic dissemination of lessons learned from employment initiatives
-Systematic research into important issues for youth e.g. urbanization;
-Structured support to youth to enable them to play a positive and respected role in society with an emphasis on social cohesion and conflict prevention
